Step 2: Fill in Your Measurements

Depending on your gender, you'll need to input different measurements:

For Men: Abdomen (in inches), Neck (in inches), Height (in inches), and Weight (in lb).

For Women: Waist (in inches), Hip (in inches), Neck (in inches), Height (in inches), and Weight (in lb).

Measurement Tips:

Abdomen/Waist: Measure at the level of your navel. Don't pull the tape measure tight, just make sure it's a snug fit.

Hip: Measure at the widest part of your hips.

Neck: Measure just below the larynx.

Height and Weight: Be as accurate as possible for the most accurate results.
